| In compliance with the law, universities must undergo accreditation evaluation within seven years from April 2004 by an institution that has been accredited by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. This is for the improvement of education and research standards, and for the guarantee of the quality of such. It is also executed with the goal of promoting the reform and upgrading of education and research activities at higher education. We underwent an accreditation evaluation (admissions determination screening) by the Japan University Accreditation Association in 2006, and were accredited on April 1, 2007 as conforming to the university standards as determined by the Association. |
