The Tamagawa Challenge
Human Resources Development

Among the mottos Tamagawa has advocated since its foundation are "Only teachers committed to self-improvement have the right to teach others" and "Keep learning throughout your life." Needless to say, faculty must always be open to new knowledge and technologies. Just as learning is an investment in the bright future of children, it is also an investment in the faculty, to improve educational and research activities.

Faculty are expected to deepen their understanding of the founding spirit and educational philosophy of Tamagawa, constantly acquire new knowledge and techniques, and work in collaboration to improve the quality of educational and research activities. In other words, faculty must aim to form a learning organization, to fulfill our duty for accountability to society.

As a pioneer in education, Tamagawa will continue to address the issues of our times. The establishment of the Seminar Center is the first step towards the new Tamagawa becoming a Learning Institution.
