The Office of Research Coordination supports the research activities of individual research centers operated under the Research Institute and the Brain Science Institute, including support for specific projects such as the Tamagawa Solar Challenge Project (TSCP) and the Tamagawa Windmill Project (TWP). Other office activities include information-gathering on campus-wide research grant and research assistance programs; handling applications for and managing Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research and other internal and external research funds, including competitive funds, funded research, and joint research; and coordination with various organizations on and off campus.
