K-12 (Kindergarten to 12th) A new integrated curriculum originating from Tamagawa Academy
From April 2006, Tamagawa treats its formerly separate Kindergarten, Elementary Division, Lower Secondary Division and Upper Secondary Division as integral units of a single educational system, so as to carry out an educational program that are more consistently integrated. The expression "K-12" (Kindergarten to 12th) refers to an educational program that encompasses kindergarten and all of the 12 grades between elementary school and upper secondary school.
Our K-12 program conducts educational activities that are attuned to the development needs of our students in Kindergarten, First Division (Grades 1 through 4), Middle Division(Grades 5 through 8), and Upper Division (Grades 9 through 12). The learning takes place at buildings that are near each other.
